Transformational Women’s Program – Northern Cyprus

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Transformational Women’s Program (“Program”) organized by Nascella Legal Consultancy (“Organizer”).

By submitting payment for participation in the Program, the participant (“Participant”) confirms that she has read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

 

  1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1. Program format: Transformational Program for Women
Duration: 5 days
Location: Northern Cyprus (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus — TRNC)
Organizer: Nascella Legal Consultancy
Guest Speaker: Victoria Raidos
Maximum number of participants: 25

1.2. The Program is intended for informational, educational, recreational and personal development purposes only.

 

  1. SERVICES INCLUDED

2.1. The participation fee includes:

  • accommodation during the Program;
  • meals provided within the Program schedule;
  • participation in transformational sessions and workshops;
  • participation in masterclasses and group activities;
  • selected excursions organized within the Program;
  • local transfers included in the official Program schedule.

2.2. The participation fee DOES NOT include:

  • international or domestic flights;
  • travel insurance;
  • medical insurance;
  • visa or entry-related expenses;
  • personal expenses;
  • additional services outside the official Program schedule.

 

  1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS

3.1. The total participation fee for the Program is 5,899 EUR per Participant.

3.2. Participation is confirmed only after receipt of the reservation deposit in the amount of 1,500 EUR.

3.3. The remaining balance must be paid within the period communicated by the Organizer prior to the start date of the Program.

3.4. Failure to complete payment within the required period may result in cancellation of the reservation at the Organizer’s discretion.

3.5. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation or cancel any reservation if payment obligations are not fulfilled.

 

  1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

4.1. If the Participant cancels participation more than 21 (twenty-one) calendar days before the official start date of the Program, the Organizer shall refund 1,000 EUR from the reservation deposit.

4.2. The remaining 500 EUR shall be retained to cover administrative, reservation, and third-party expenses already incurred by the Organizer.

4.3. If cancellation occurs less than 21 (twenty-one) calendar days before the Program start date, the reservation deposit shall be non-refundable.

4.4. Any applicable refund shall be processed within 30 business days from the date of written cancellation notice.

4.5. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the official email address of the Organizer.

4.6. Failure to attend the Program, late arrival, early departure, denied boarding, visa refusal, missed flights or inability to enter TRNC shall not constitute grounds for a full refund.

 

  1. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that she is solely responsible for:

  • possessing a valid passport and travel documentation;
  • complying with immigration, visa and transit requirements;
  • independently verifying entry rules applicable to Northern Cyprus and transit countries;
  • obtaining appropriate travel and medical insurance;
  • ensuring that she is physically and emotionally capable of participating in the Program.

5.2. The Participant agrees to behave respectfully toward other participants, staff members, speakers, service providers and local regulations.

5.3. The Organizer reserves the right to remove a Participant from the Program without refund in cases of dangerous, abusive, unlawful or disruptive behavior.

 

  1. HEALTH AND WELLNESS DISCLAIMER

6.1. The Program is a transformational and educational experience intended for personal development purposes only.

6.2. The Program, including any sessions, workshops, discussions or practices conducted by the Organizer or invited speakers, does NOT constitute:

  • medical treatment;
  • psychotherapy;
  • psychiatric treatment;
  • licensed psychological counseling;
  • diagnosis or healthcare services.

6.3. The Participant understands that participation is voluntary and accepts full personal responsibility for her physical, emotional and psychological condition during the Program.

6.4. The Organizer and invited speakers shall not be liable for any emotional reactions, personal interpretations or decisions made by Participants during or after the Program.

6.5. If the Participant has any medical, psychological or psychiatric condition, she is strongly advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before participation.

 

  1. TRAVEL AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

7.1. The Participant is solely responsible for complying with all travel, immigration and entry requirements related to Northern Cyprus and any transit countries, including Turkey.

7.2. The Organizer shall not be responsible for:

  • visa refusals;
  • denied entry;
  • border restrictions;
  • airline decisions;
  • missed connections;
  • flight cancellations or delays;
  • political or governmental restrictions affecting travel.

7.3. Any inability to attend the Program due to travel-related issues shall not entitle the Participant to a refund beyond the conditions stated in this Agreement.

 

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. The Organizer acts solely as the coordinator of the Program and may engage independent third-party providers, including hotels, transportation companies, providers and other contractors.

8.2. The Organizer shall not be liable for:

  • acts or omissions of third-party service providers;
  • accidents, injuries or losses occurring during transportation or excursions;
  • theft, damage or loss of personal belongings;
  • force majeure events;
  • flight disruptions;
  • weather conditions;
  • governmental actions;
  • internet or communication interruptions;
  • personal disagreements between participants.

8.3. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Organizer’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Participant for participation in the Program.

 

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

9.1. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters;
  • epidemics or pandemics;
  • war or military actions;
  • terrorism;
  • civil unrest;
  • governmental restrictions;
  • transportation shutdowns;
  • border closures;
  • power outages;
  • force majeure events affecting TRNC or transit countries.

9.2. In such cases, the Organizer reserves the right to reschedule, modify or cancel the Program.

 

  1. MEDIA CONSENT

10.1. By participating in the Program, the Participant grants the Organizer the right to use photographs, video recordings and other media materials created during the Program for promotional, marketing and social media purposes, unless the Participant provides written refusal prior to the start of the Program.

 

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

11.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

11.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

 

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

12.1. By making any payment toward participation in the Program, the Participant confirms that she has fully read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions without limitation or reservation.

УСЛОВИЯ УЧАСТИЯ В ТРАНСФОРМАЦИОННОЙ ПРОГРАММЕ

Северный Кипр

Настоящие Условия участия («Соглашение») регулируют участие в Трансформационной программе для женщин («Программа»), организованной NascellaLegal Consultancy («Организатор»).

Оплачивая участие в Программе, Участник подтверждает, что полностью ознакомился, понял и безоговорочно согласен с настоящими Условиями участия.

 

  1. ОБЩАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ

1.1. Формат программы: трансформационная программа для женщин

Продолжительность: 5 дней

Место проведения: Северный Кипр (Турецкая Республика Северного Кипра – ТРСК)

Организатор: Nascella Legal Consultancy

Приглашенный спикер: Виктория Райдос

Максимальное количество участников: 25 человек

1.2. Программа носит исключительно информационный, образовательный, рекреационный и развивающий характер.

 

  1. УСЛУГИ, ВКЛЮЧЕННЫЕ В ПРОГРАММУ

2.1. Стоимость участия включает:

  • проживание в период проведения Программы;
  • питание в рамках программы;
  • участие в трансформационных сессиях и мастер-классах;
  • участие в групповых активностях и экскурсиях, включенных в официальную

программу;

  • локальные трансферы, предусмотренные программой.

2.2. Стоимость участия НЕ включает:

  • международные и внутренние авиаперелеты;
  • туристическую и медицинскую страховку;
  • визовые и иные расходы, связанные с въездом;
  • личные расходы;
  • дополнительные услуги вне официальной программы.

 

  1. УСЛОВИЯ БРОНИРОВАНИЯ И ОПЛАТЫ

3.1. Стоимость участия составляет 5,899 EUR за одного Участника.

3.2. Участие считается подтвержденным только после получения предоплаты (депозита) в размере 1,500 EUR.

3.3. Оставшаяся сумма должна быть оплачена в срок, установленный Организатором до начала Программы.

3.4. В случае неполной оплаты в установленный срок Организатор вправе аннулировать бронирование.

3.5. Организатор вправе отказать в участии или отменить бронирование при нарушении условий оплаты.

 

  1. УСЛОВИЯ ОТМЕНЫ И ВОЗВРАТА

4.1. В случае отмены участия более чем за 21 (двадцать один) календарный день до официальной даты начала Программы Организатор возвращает 1,000 EUR из суммы предоплаты.

4.2. Оставшиеся 500 EUR удерживаются для покрытия административных, организационных и иных расходов, уже понесенных Организатором.

4.3. При отмене участия менее чем за 21 (двадцать один) календарный день до начала Программы предоплата возврату не подлежит.

4.4. Возврат денежных средств, если он предусмотрен настоящими Условиями, осуществляется в течение 30 рабочих дней с момента получения письменного уведомления об отмене участия.

4.5. Все запросы на отмену участия должны направляться в письменной форме на официальный адрес электронной почты Организатора.

4.6. Неявка на Программу, опоздание, отказ в посадке на рейс, отказ во въезде, проблемы с визой, пропущенные рейсы или невозможность въезда на территорию TRNC не являются основанием для полного возврата денежных средств.

 

  1. ОБЯЗАННОСТИ УЧАСТНИКА

5.1. Участник самостоятельно несет ответственность за:

  • наличие действительных документов для поездки;
  • соблюдение визовых и миграционных требований;
  • соблюдение правил транзита через третьи страны, включая Турцию;
  • оформление туристической и медицинской страховки;
  • свое физическое и эмоциональное состояние для участия в Программе.

5.2. Участник обязуется уважительно относиться к другим участникам, организаторам, персоналу и соблюдать местное законодательство.

5.3. Организатор вправе отстранить Участника от участия в Программе без возврата денежных средств в случае агрессивного, противоправного или деструктивного поведения.

 

  1. ОТКАЗ ОТ МЕДИЦИНСКОЙ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ

6.1. Программа предназначена исключительно для личностного развития.

6.2. Программа и любые мероприятия в её рамках НЕ являются медицинскими, психологическими, психотерапевтическими или психиатрическими услугами.

6.3. Организатор и приглашённые спикеры не оказывают медицинских услуг и не предоставляют медицинских рекомендаций.

6.4. Участие является добровольным, и Участник принимает на себя полную ответственность за свое физическое, эмоциональное и психологическое состояние.

6.5. При наличии медицинских, психологических или психиатрических особенностей Участнику рекомендуется заранее проконсультироваться с профильным специалистом.

 

  1. ВЪЕЗД И ПРАВИЛА ПУТЕШЕСТВИЯ

7.1. Участник самостоятельно несет ответственность за соблюдение всех требований, связанных с въездом на Северный Кипр и транзитом через третьи страны.

7.2. Организатор не несёт ответственности за:

  • отказ в выдаче визы;
  • отказ во въезде;
  • решения авиакомпаний;
  • пропущенные стыковки;
  • отмену или задержку рейсов;
  • государственные ограничения, влияющие на поездку.

 

  1. ОГРАНИЧЕНИЕ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ

8.1. Организатор вправе привлекать независимых третьих лиц, включая отели, транспортные компании, экскурсионные сервисы и иных подрядчиков.

8.2. Организатор не несёт ответственности за:

  • действия или бездействие третьих лиц;
  • несчастные случаи, травмы или убытки во время трансферов или экскурсий;
  • потерю, кражу или повреждение личных вещей;
  • погодные условия;
  • перебои авиасообщения;
  • форс-мажорные обстоятельства;
  • личные конфликты между участниками.

8.3. В максимально допустимой законом степени ответственность Организатора ограничивается суммой, фактически оплаченной Участником.

 

  1. ФОРС-МАЖОР

9.1. Организатор не несёт ответственности за невозможность исполнения обязательств вследствие обстоятельств непреодолимой силы, включая, но не ограничиваясь:

  • стихийными бедствиями;
  • эпидемиями и пандемиями;
  • военными действиями;
  • террористическими актами;
  • гражданскими беспорядками;
  • закрытием границ;
  • прекращением транспортного сообщения;
  • государственными ограничениями.

9.2. В подобных случаях Организатор вправе изменить, перенести или отменить Программу.

 

  1. СОГЛАСИЕ НА ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ МАТЕРИАЛОВ

10.1. Принимая участие в Программе, Участник предоставляет Организатору право использовать фото- и видеоматериалы, созданные во время Программы, в маркетинговых, рекламных и информационных целях.

10.2. В случае несогласия Участник обязан письменно уведомить Организатора до начала Программы.

 

  1. ПРИМЕНИМОЕ ПРАВО И ЮРИСДИКЦИЯ

11.1. Настоящее Соглашение регулируется законодательством Турецкой Республики Северного Кипра (ТРСК).

11.2. Все споры, возникающие в связи с настоящим Соглашением, подлежат рассмотрению исключительно в судах Турецкой Республики Северного Кипра (ТРСК).

 

  1. ПРИНЯТИЕ УСЛОВИЙ

12.1. Оплачивая участие в Программе, Участник подтверждает полное согласие с настоящими Условиями участия.
